By booking in and securing your appointment with a deposit, you have truthfully acknowledged that you understand the contraindications and terms and conditions below and have said no to the following:
If any of the following restrictions apply to you, you must not book for any cosmetic tattooing procedure.
- Suffer from major health conditions (cancer, HIV, hepatitis)
- Prone to keloid scarring
- Taking medications such as Roaccutane, Bisphosphonate or Isotretinoin
- Allergies to hair dyes, makeup or jewellery
- Had a cosmetic procedure in the last two weeks (cosmetic injectables, skin peels, microdermabrasion)
- Under 18 years of age
- Pregnant
- Breast feeding
- Hepatitis
- Diabetic (require doctor’s clearance)
- Chemotherapy (must be cleared by doctor and completely finished)
- Problems with healing
- Viral infections and/or diseases
- Blood disorder
- Allergy to latex
- Organ transplant
- Skin irritations or psoriasis near the treated area (rashes, sunburn, acne etc.)
- Currently taking acne medication. You must be off Accutane for 6 to 12 months before qualifying.
- Heart conditions
- Any cold & flu or general illness can greatly affect the healing process and your final results.
- Once you have started the cosmetic tattoo procedure, there are no refunds given for change of mind.
Ensure you have read all pre care and after care information prior to your appointment.
Your deposit payment of $100 made at the time of booking is non-refundable. The deposit will come off the total amount due on the day of your appointment and will stay on your file if you need to reschedule your appointment.
Please arrive on time to your appointment, if you arrive more then 15 minutes late to your appointment, I will not be able to treat you within the allocated time and you will lose your deposit.
Please let us know as soon as possible if you are sick with a viral or bacterial infection. We recommend you avoid any cosmetic procedures two weeks before and after your appointment with us. This includes cosmetic injectables, skin peels, microdermabrasion etc. If you have an upcoming surgery, or recovering from surgery, please contact us immediately as this will affect your appointment.
Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable. By paying the deposit, you are committing to your appointment and the procedure. No refunds are offered for change of mind where a service is deemed to have begun or has been completed.
Please be sure to read through the entire FAQ section of this website so that you are well informed of the procedure and what to expect prior to booking your appointment. If on arrival to your appointment it is determined that you cannot receive the procedure due to contraindications or failure to follow the preparation instructions, you will forfeit your deposit.
Rescheduling/No-show Policy: A minimum of 48 hrs notice is required to reschedule an appointment. If you cancel/reschedule your appointment after this time, your deposit will be forfeited. Another deposit must be submitted to schedule another appointment. If you do not attend your appointment without any notice, you will be charged the full amount of the service.
Guest/Child Safety Policy: No children or pets are allowed at your appointment due to risk of cross-contamination and safety issues. For safety and hygiene reasons, guests are not permitted inside the treatment room.
Payment: We accept payment by debit card, credit card (Visa/Mastercard) and cash.
