All new lash enhancement bookings are inclusive of two appointments. The six to eight week touch-up appointment MUST be completed no more than 12 weeks after your initial appointment.
Rescheduling a touch-up appointment may result in your new date falling outside of these 12 weeks due to limited availability. If so, a colour booster fee of $200 will incur. Please discuss this with staff upon booking if you require assistance with this.
Please note that if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or do not show up, you will need to pay another $100 deposit in order make another booking.
Lash enhancement can last between 3 to 10 years, depending on individual factors.

Touch Up Appointments
what's included?
EYELASH ENHANCING: $400
- AVOID WATER ON THE TATTOO! This includes showers, saunas and swimming.
- Avoid using soap, cleansers, lotions or makeup on the your eye area.
- Use the visor provided to keep your tattoo dry when showering. Take extra care that water does not run down your face, ESPECIALLY if it has shampoo and conditioner suds.
- Avoid steamy hot showers as these will cause the pores to open and the
- scabs to soften.
- NO exercise, increased sweating, strenuous activity - including low intensity exercise.
- Avoid direct sunlight on the tattooed area (this includes tanning beds)
- Do not touch the tattooed area, this could result in infection.
- Do not pick at flaking skin or healing scabs. This will pull the ink out permanently.
- And remember - KEEP THE AREA DRY!
In the longer term:
- Natural UVB/UVA rays pose risk of discolouration. Avoid direct sunlight for the whole healing period.
- No Botox or microdermabrasion for 2 weeks.
- No chemical peels or laser treatments on the face for 4 weeks.
- Tanning bed use at any point after having lash enhancement will result in discolouration and premature fading.
FOR THE FIRST 7 DAYS AFTER:
After your lash enhancement, you will need to look after the tattoo to ensure you maintain your beautiful results. It is important that you support the healing process by following an appropriate aftercare regime.
Day by day, the healing process progresses. This process does require patience. While the initial healing period is only five days, the true results are not revealed until the skin is fully healed, which can take up to 30 days after your appointment. Every healing requires a little patience, and each skin type heals differently. By following the instructions below, you will give your tattoo the best chance to heal. It is normal for your eyelids to feel bruised, tender and swollen for around 24-48 hours after the treatment.
Change your pillowcase and eye mask (if you use one) the day of your treatment to avoid your tattoo coming into contact with dust and bacteria.
aftercare INSTRUCTIONS
Please ensure your natural lashes are completely free of mascara before your appointment. Any existing eyelash extensions, including individual strands, must be removed in advance.
We advise against proceeding with this treatment if you are experiencing any eye irritation or infection. Contact lenses may cause discomfort during the procedure and are best avoided.
A topical anesthetic will be applied along the lash line before the liner is drawn, allowing you to preview your design.
Kindly stop using eyelash growth or conditioning serums at least two weeks prior to your eyeliner tattoo appointment.
